The mold workshop strictly controls the processes of fine carving, milling machines, spark machines, grinders, etc. to ensure accurate dimensions; the injection molding workshop has a total of 35 120-450 ton injection molding machines, all of which are equipped with automatic shearing, automatic recycling of machine edge crushing, centralized feeding, automatic feeding of secondary molding, and automatic insertion of copper nuts and other inserts; the electroplating workshop can automatically produce CP, semi-gloss, matte black and other multi-process surface treatments; the sandblasting process of the sandblasting workshop makes the product more upscale and feel; the assembly workshop is equipped with automatic screw locking equipment, which can accurately torque and ensure quality; ultrasonic equipment can weld parts to prevent water leakage; pad printing equipment can print logos and texts according to customer requirements; water testing equipment can do 100% inspection to ensure quality.
